Become a workshop facilitator

Help bring The Discovery Program to life for children in Mumbai - through play, stories and real conversation, never lectures.

What you’ll do

  • Run our board-game-led sessions (about 1 hour 40 minutes) with children aged 5–16
  • Bring our games, stories and scenarios to life and keep a room of kids engaged
  • Hold warm, safe space for honest conversations about feelings, fairness and body safety - kind, never preachy
  • Work within our trauma-informed, safeguarding-first approach at all times (a home or school staff member is present in every session)

What we look for

  • Warm, patient and genuinely good with children
  • Comfortable improvising and holding a group’s attention
  • Comfortable facilitating in both English and Hindi
  • You challenge ideas, never shame the child
  • Free on your chosen weekend mornings, and able to travel within Mumbai
